I finally managed to get our Yule cards and ornaments out for the Yule card swap. See, look, envelopes!

What better way to bring back the sun then with several pounds of gold glitter??? (by the way, if this holds true, then there will be nowhere, but nowhere, sunnier then my floor…)

They’re all reversible.

And apple print cards. Some of these turned out better then others.

If you are a part of the swap and reading this, I’m sorry to ruin the surprise! They’re on their way and hopefully will be there on time.

And some new strands of lights on the ceiling. The ones from last year were kept in continuous use this past year, after we decided it was a far more pleasant form of lighting then the work light we had been using. After twelve months there wasn’t much light left in them. So, down they came and I’m slowly tacking up the new ones. I think one more strand ought to do it.
