It seems that my absence was again short lived. I was correct in assuming that my former laptop was completely and utterly fried. But Steve dug another older computer out of storage. It’s not nearly as handy (nor as fast) as the laptop was, but it certainly gives me more options then nothing at all! Now that I do have the ability to post again, I’m still feeling as though a break may, or may not, be in order. We’ve had a very, very busy summer thus far and things are not going to slow down anytime soon. Walking away from the computer for a bit was refreshing and I can’t say that I won’t be tempted to do it again for a while. That said, sometimes I just feel drawn to posting, even when (perhaps especially when) things feel crazy in my life. Which is to say that you have no idea what you are going to get with me! (I certainly never seem to know…)

On a more practical note, I can receive emails again. But anything that was sent to me prior to yesterday is most likely lost. And while you can contact me this way again, do remember the craziness and take pity on me when my replies are obnoxiously slow in coming!
