Another quickie kid’s birthday gift….

Cloak of invisibility anyone?Made for a birthday boy who requested a Harry Potter themed birthday and modeled here by Elijah Potter himself.

The kids had some MAJOR fun at this party! The Mom and Dad really went out of their way to make it exciting. Starting with all of the guests being sorted by the sorting hat!

There was a walkie-talkie hidden inside and Dad was secretly sorting everyone into houses from a perch in upstairs window. He did a great job with the voice too! It was just as I imagined the sorting hat to sound. Oh and there was Quidditch practice. And wand making. And a potions lesson with Snape. And all kinds of (surprisingly delicious) gross things to eat, like slugs (baby pickles), hipogriph tongues (dried mango) and so forth.

In conclusion, to be perfectly blunt…

we’re all screwed.

All of us.

Every Mother and Father in our little group of friends.

‘Cause there ain’t no one topping that party any time soon!
